Do the core Charge, Store, and Tip terminals require a monthly fee?

No monthly subscription is required to use the core terminals. They have no setup or hardware fee, and a service fee is added only when a customer completes a payment.

Who pays the Valetfy service fee?

The customer pays the Valetfy service fee on top of the amount you set. The fee appears as its own line item before the customer approves payment.

You keep 100% of the base amount you set in a Charge, Store, or Tip Terminal. The separate Valetfy service fee is added to the customer's total.

When does the customer see the fee?

Before paying. The checkout shows the base amount, the Valetfy service fee, and the customer total before the customer reviews and approves the payment.

How much Valetfy's core terminals cost

You set the price. You keep the amount you set. Charge, Store, and Tip terminals have no monthly fee, setup fee, or hardware charge. A Valetfy service fee is added to the customer's total, and the customer sees it before paying.

That covers the core terminals. Optional Business and Payment Links tools have their own subscription pricing, and pricing for Tap to Pay on iPhone is not set — it has not launched.

The percentage steps down as the base payment grows. The exact fee is calculated from the base amount and displayed as a separate checkout line item.

What you keep
