These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Valetfy website, web app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
"Valetfy," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service. Valetfy provides digital valet ticketing, guest ticket links, optional SMS notifications, and tipping/payment features.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with all applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of a business (a "Property" or valet operator), you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The Service is intended for transactional use related to valet operations, such as creating tickets, viewing ticket status, paying charges, and tipping. We do not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice.
Some parts of the Service may require authentication (for example, staff access). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access methods provided to you (including staff QR codes or access codes) and for activity that occurs under your access.
Payments and tips may be processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). Your use of those payment providers may be subject to their terms and policies.
If SMS is enabled for a ticket, you may receive SMS messages related to valet service (for example: ticket link, status updates, or payment confirmation). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
If you opt out, certain features (like ticket link delivery via SMS) may not work.
Ticket links may provide access to ticket details and payment/tip flows. Do not share ticket links with people you don't trust. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from sharing links or weak device security.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
The Service may depend on third-party services (including SMS and payment providers). We are not responsible for downtime, delivery failures, or policy changes caused by third parties.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valetfy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
If you are a business or staff user, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valetfy from claims arising out of your use of the Service, including your operations, staff conduct, pricing, disputes, or violations of law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
